I was a chef I was a chef for over 30 years. I have cooked and made so manny dishes over the years. I started out as a kid in Chicago in italin resturants fast food at 15 then made my why up the chain to over manny places. Hospitals cooking for priests all kinds of things.
Food...aaaaahhh!!! Particularly enjoy ethnic foods. Enjoy a variety of foods. Enjoy fish, seafood, beef, lamb, beef... all!!!!
Some faves are roast beef, roast lamb, lobster w/lemon & butter..mmmmm
All vegetables, salads, fruit ... all are good. If prepared well... not much I do not like to eat. I enjoy cooking, too.
