What the Pho!? My favorite food is Vietnamese but I love all things Asian. I think I was asian in another life. I love Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, (I've had Malaysian and Filipino but not with enough regularity to list it on my tops list), Thai, and Chinese. Yeap its on the bottom of the list. I LOVE SEAFOOD, esp shellfish. I'm a shrimp, scallop, lobster kind of girl (and until recently oyster, but now I'm allergic).
I am not a dessert girl, but I have been dabbling with them for the past few years. I can make pretty good cobblers, crisps (aka crumbles), no-bake cream cheese pies, banana pudding (warm and cold - make them differently), and bread pudding. I discovered what I considered THE BEST CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES EVER!!!! Unfortunately i didnt write down what I was doing when I did it. I think I have all the ingredients but not the measurements. Lesson to all my foodie cooks out there - WRITE IT DOWN!!!
Okay enough about food and cooking, a little about me.
