I am an amateur gourmet, and love all types of food. Although I love to eat meat, I love cooking vegetarian on occasion. Every nation, and region on this planet has contributed to the culinary wealth of cooks everywhere (Yes English cooks too), and there is little that I am unwilling to at least try once.
