Eat and be....well...just be... My interest in food started when I was 12 or so. I loved the way people reacted to good food and I wanted to make that happen for as many people as possible. I'm totally addicted to finding and trying new recipes. I love the way food, culture and history are linked.
I first learned to REALLY cook Puerto Rican and Spanish Caribbean cuisine. Later, I was able to prepare Soul Food and Southern American dishes. These days, I love trying as many international and traditional dishes as possible. Baking and cooking make me very happy.
