Lip smackin' good I'm a vegetarian who loves hearty, home cooked meals. That said I'm a lover of all kinds of cuisines and can sit with a cook book like a novel if it's written well and the photographs are tasty! My favorite cook book is The Silk Road vegetarian cook book. It even has stories! I think paella is therapy (and since I sometimes eat seafood, I do make a to-die-for seafood paella).
