Indian and Thai food rule I love a good curry. I'll curry anything myself, stew beef, nuts, bacon... if it stays still long enough for me to get the lid on the slow cooker, I'll cook it in a curry. I also love naan, rice, butter chicken, tandoori chicken, chana masala... There's a restaurant in a city 2 hrs from me that sometimes I have driven there just to eat at, their chana is out of this world.
