Make it vegan I love to cook. Currently as I have been switching my pantry and fridge to vegan fare, my best recipes have both been mexican. The first is veggie fajitas, and the second is vegan black bean and corn quesedillas.
I also make seriously delicious vegan chocolate chip cookies.
