What in the world is chervil? hello, thankd for taking the time to check out my profile. well, I am glad that I found this site because wine and food are a passion of mine. I really like french and italian food and although I like complex dishes I am really concenrating now on more simplistic dishes executed flawlesly using the freshest and finest ingredients available. And keeping it as local as possible. And wine, love all kinds and I think its indispensible to my cooking. Personally I just remodeled my kitchen, what a life changing experience. But its done and can once again get back to making all those specalities. I also have a garden that provides alot of great produce. Outside of that I like live Jazz, soul music, wine bars, hiking, and running. I work in financial services and my schedule allows for a lot of time for outside interest. so if you are interested I would love to hear from you
