Adventure, Water and Travel lover As a Northwest native I'm connected to the beauty, water and vast opportunities that come with the territory. I'm drawn to fun (and funny) adventure lovers. Gardens, wine tasting, live music, road trips, mountains, beaches, art, fireplaces, sunny decks, views, waterfalls and family are among the things that make my heart sing. Boating and travel are big for me as well, and I do like to fish.

My two older children are off on their own, my daughter married in California, and my oldest son was just married last summer. My youngest son turned 1 last year and is hopefully heading to Community College.

I'm a bit of a romantic at heart - lots of candles are a good thing! Cooking a delectable seafood dinner together, sipping a fabulous Pinot Noir, and listening to sultry blues would be my idea of a great Saturday night at home. Eating in front of a fire, followed by a game of chess or scrabble or an adventure movie, sharing chocolate covered strawberries, etc. I love to cook together, make ice cream, and fun appetizers.

I live in a world of contradictions - love my home and making it my sanctuary, but love to explore, travel, and experience life to the fullest. I've found that a healthy balance of down time and playful frolicking is perfect for me.

Being a small business owner doesn't leave much free time, but for the right person, we'll find the time to get to know one another. I'm more apt to get to know someone slowly than to jump quickly into a relationship.

The guy for me is strong in character, an outdoor lover, a boater/sailor, adventure and travel fan and has the time and funds to do so.
