Like it says, I'm a foodie at heart =) I was over 230lbs last year and needed to change my eating habits and what I ate after I realized something had to give. I started cooking more of my own vs eating so much processed. I always loved to bake so i used that passion to create a healthier diet.
I'm happy to have lost the 60+lbs =) I know have my own garden, I'm canning and freezing my own surplus but now am just looking for more recipes and ideas ^__^
