Anyone hungry? I think I enjoy the preparing and making of meals almost as much as much as I do eating them - it's pure anticipation.
I try to make as much as possible from scratch, and I try and learn from as many different strains of cooking as possible.
I'd like to say my tastes are incredibly sophisticated, but they probably aren't - a fantastic curry made from scratch beats nearly anything.
