I enjoy all kinds of food and I am a good cook, so for me to limit it to one dish that would be hard as I prepare foods from all nationalities, from France to Georgia, if God put it here for us to eat I can cook it.
I feel that my seafood dishes are the best, such as my Shirmp Creole, Lobster Bisque, Maryland Crab Cakes, Stuffed Blues with crab meat. Talapia in lemon butter dill sauce.
