I love flavorful plant-based dishes, especially those with rich spices and fresh ingredients. My favorite type of food? Probably a tie between Indian vegetarian and Mediterranean, both full of warmth and soul.
I do cook, and my best dish (or at least the one I get the most compliments on) is a creamy coconut chickpea curry with basmati rice, comforting, nourishing, and full of flavor.
I also make a pretty solid veggie stir-fry when time is short but taste still matters!
