Searching for Friends I enjoy cooking when I get the chance. Some of my favorite foods are Asian and Mediterranean. There's so much food that I have yet to try. I enjoy a rich yet delicate flavor. Something that totally bursts in the mouth and tickles the tastebuds awake. I would have to say that my favorite dish to cook is spaghetti. It's actually a very versatile dish. I've cooked it with cinnamon in the sauce before, with tuna mixed in, and with a ton of vegetables (such as carrots and celery, among others) in the sauce too. I prefer it with a fine angelhair pasta, although regular spaghetti noodles are delicious as well.
