I am around 30 pounds overweight and for 2 weeks on the program. My goal is to look better be healthier and feel better about myself. I am looking for positive thinking people to chat with and motivate each other. So far I love the food lovers program because I eat all day long, the exercises are doable for me and I exchanged all the "garbage" in my fridge to healthier food. And I am blessed with a fiancée who does the program with me and cooks for me.
