Hey there. I am a naturally inquisitive, experimental, adventurous, award-winning (currently 3 gold and 1 bronze) chef.
I guess what I am hoping to find here is people of a certain "like-mindedness" that are open to trying new things. Like my sauces. I have been told they are quite 'tasty'. I think that after dating certain people (I'm sure you know what i'm talking about. Cuts grape tomato in half, nibbles on one half, pushes plate away "oh I couldn't possibly, i'm sooo full!") I just really want people that RESPECT food. I want CONSUMERS and APPRECIATORS of my art.
After graduating Culinary School in PEI I interned at the Sagamore Resort in Bolton's Landing, NY where I learned operations for many (8 to be exact) different kitchens and restaurant styles. After this I moved back to Eastern Canada where I expanded the diversity of my knowledge. From fine dining to pubs I have covered it all...
I hope this doesn't read like a resume but, this is a foodie dating site after all. And I want you "foodies" to know that I am MORE than qualified to feed you.
Speaking of food and feeding you, I would like to touch briefly on my current "passions".

I LOVE smoking the meat. All kinds of meat. Big and small. Tender and tough. Fatty and lean. I love it all.

As far as smoking goes, you can't be a good smoker without wood.

I also LOVE playing with different kinds of wood. Big, hard, slow to burn or fast to ignite, I will experiment with it. They all have their place and will, under the right circumstance, produce the BEST meat.

I briefly talked about my sauce. I make it myself, and it definitely is showcased in all its glory with my meat.

If you are an independent individual with exceptional patience that loves to be fed super rad meat regularly I may be the guy for you. I work a lot (I've had one day off in the last 3 weeks). I am emotionally stable. I love my Mom and Grandma.
