I love a creamy, dreamy saag paneer, a poblano chili stuffed with melty Mexican cheeses, hot grainy cornbread right out of the oven, a hot, steamy pasta with pepperoni, fresh garlic, roasted red peppers, greens and fresh parmesan cheese, and tons more!
I taught Vegetarian and Whole Foods cooking for 20 years, and am always learning more about cooking delicious dishes, or enjoying eating out in a variety of places!
I plan a cooking video class in the Spring, called "Taste Explosions!" which will teach people how to "jazz up" favorite and new dishes with spices, colors, textures and tastes that knock your socks off!
